Who deals with ASB?
ASB comes in many shapes and sizes, so Kent Police, Swale Borough Council and Kent County Council work with their fellow Community Safety Partners, to take the appropriate action.
The Swale Community Safety Partnership (CSP) includes:
- Kent Police
- Swale Borough Council
- Kent County Council
- Kent Police Authority
- Eastern and Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust
- Kent Fire and Rescue Services
- Kent Probation
and is supported by AmicusHorizon Housing Association, Swale Safe and Kent Prison Service.
Because all these agencies work together, depending on the nature of your complaint, you could be contacted by a member of staff from any of the Partnership teams - but most commonly the council, housing association, or police.
